About me

I have been advising different companies for many years in moments of change: from implementing business development strategy and marketing, through process optimisation, to deep restructuring of a range of products and categories or complete innovation implementation.

I make use of the latest digital and methodological tools, management workshops; I create cross-functional task teams. I precisely respond to the needs and challenges of the rapidly changing market.

My Passion

I feel passionate about constant development – this is why I strive to change myself and inspire teams of leaders who I work with. I keep searching for new inspirations along with ways to improve the process of thinking and managing.

Aside from business, I love sport. One of the most challenging is golf, which keeps pushing me into progress – strategically, physically and philosophically.
