MEDIA ASSISTANT

Support the team with media planning and buying, campaign delivery and billing.
REQUIREMENTS
Practical skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the team with media planning and buying, campaign delivery and billing.
Monitoring campaigns and preparing analyses and reports on campaign performance, the market, trends and competitors, as well as summaries and multimedia presentations.
Liaising with publishers, obtaining advertising space quotes, checking ad materials and coordinating straightforward advertising campaigns.

Contribute to pitches and new business projects.
Build day-to-day relationships with clients, publishers and partners, and organise and lead meetings.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in a similar role
Strong analytical skills and the ability to formulate clear conclusions and recommendations
Ability to prepare and present proposals using PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to analyse results and optimise online campaigns
Negotiation skills
Creative thinking and the ability to convince others of your ideas
Ability to communicate in English.
NICE TO HAVE
Experience in running e-commerce advertising campaigns and knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem
Familiarity with tools such as DV360, AdForm, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, gDE, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
