2. What data can we process?
Depending on the way you use the website, we may process the following data:
- name and surname,
- e-mail address,
- phone number,
- the company name,
- the content of the message sent through the contact form or email,
- data provided in the tender inquiry,
- the data contained in the recruitment documents, if the user accepts the job offer,
- IP address,
- technical data regarding the device, the browser and the way the website is used,
- data collected using cookies or similar technologies.
We do not ask for the submission of special categories of data, such as information about health, political views, religion, or origin. If the user provides such data on their own initiative, they will be processed solely to the extent necessary to handle their case.

Support for marketing activities
We may process data to conduct marketing for our own services, including contacting individuals who have previously expressed interest in the Media People offer.

Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR — the legitimate interest of the controller in promoting its own services.

If the candidate wants their data to be processed in future recruitment processes as well, they should express their consent to this separately.

- we store recruitment data for the duration of the recruitment process, and in the case of consent for future recruitments — for the period specified in the consent;,
