These results come from the latest 2024 Advertising Agencies and Media Houses Report, which was conducted by Kantar Polska.

The „Advertising Agencies and Media Houses 2024” report, based on Kantar's CATI survey (March 5 – April 11, 2024), covered 2,804 people, of whom 1,420 completed interviews. It describes 62 advertising agencies and 24 media houses. This is the 23rd edition of the customer satisfaction survey of advertising and media agencies, conducted by Kantar on commission from „Media Marketing Polska.” The report, published for nearly three decades, remains a key tool on the market, supporting preparations for pitches and competitor observation. Awards and distinctions from the report are widely discussed in marketing departments and serve as a catalyst for creativity in the industry.
